GO FOR IT

It is her mission to inspire a generation of women, who desire to build self confidence, want leadership development, and have a commitment to giving back. Shontavia believes three components to the development of confident young girls are finding a passion- something to do that inspires you, having a peer mentor- someone to look up to and go to as needed, and something to stand for- a cause outside of self to believe in and actively support. Raising a Diamond and her Life coaching program is the embodiment of these beliefs in action.
In addition to her works with young girls, her passion is to encourage, inspire, and uplift women; to teach them how to learn from their experiences, tap into their own gift, and build a business that will change their lives and others.
She has been featured in publications for her works in Today's Purpose Woman's and as Miss February 2018 for the Today's Purpose Woman 2018 Calendar.
